Being that we already have European racist parties in SL (Front National, France and Nationaldemokratische Partei Deutschlands, Germany) we can just wait for islands of intolerance to appear, and for those of an intolerant persuasion to gravitate towards SL.
@100 of the blog post, Chad said that ToS violations by Estate Owners would be treated depending upon the type of violation, Fraud and Under-Age violations identified there as Linden jurisdiction.
Critical to the viability of SecondLife is the delineation of which specific types of violations remain Linden responsibility.
I could not care less if estate owners ban me from their islands for no reason. I *do* care, however, if those estate owners wear white robes and burn crosses for each Asian avatar they ban from their little empires.
If SL is to be a world where decent people are not ashamed to visit, there are some responsibilities the Lindens must accept.

Just because someone has money does not make them angels, nor does it make them evil!
There needs to be some control over landowners!
